基于NX二次开发的紧固件自动装配技术研究

摘　　要：分析了NX二次开发方法和NX中紧固件的装配过程。提出了利用二次开发技术实现NX中紧固件自动装配的实现方法,编制了友好的用户操作界面和紧固件自动装配的实现程序,详细分析了用户界面的各项功能,实现了NX中紧固件的快速自动装配,大大提高了设计效率。The second development method of NX and the assembly process of fasteners in NX are analyzed.The realization method of automatic assembly of fasteners in NX by using the second development technology is put forward.The friendly user operation interface and the implementation program of automatic assembly of fasteners are compiled.The functions of the user interface are analyzed in detail,and the rapid and automatic assembly of fasteners in NX is realized,which greatly improves the design efficiency.
