摘　　要：核子皮带秤具有的优势包括可不接触测量物品、容易维护、占用的空间较小、安装方便、体积大小合理等。凭借这些优势,核子皮带秤在烟草产品生产环节得到广泛应用。但是由于烟草物料的含水率以及形状的不同,对计量准确度造成一定影响,容易引起测量误差,因此,必须给予足够重视。为了确保核子皮带秤的测量准确性,论文就烟草行业用核子皮带秤的误差及对策进行分析和研究,以期为相关工作人员以及单位提供理论参考。The advantages of nuclear belt weigher include no contact with measuring objects,easy maintenance,small occupied space,convenient installation,reasonable size,etc.With these advantages,nuclear belt weigher is widely used in tobacco production link.However,due to the different moisture content and shape of tobacco materials,the accuracy of measurement is affected to a certain extent,which is easy to cause measurement errors.Therefore,we must pay enough attention to it.In order to ensure the accuracy of nuclear belt weigher measurement,this paper analyzes and studies the errors and countermeasures of nuclear belt weigher used in tobacco industry,so as to provide theoretical reference for relevant staff and units.
