摘　　要：论文论述内容为某厂针对AVC系统投产初期存在异常切换及NCS系统报警栏过于庞杂无序,从而影响运行人员监盘质量及事故追溯的问题,从硬件、软件等各方面详细检查原因,提出解决方案并进行实施。本次改造后通过一段时间的观察,AVC及NCS系统运行稳定,调节快速到位。论文详细地说明了此次异常的核心问题所在以及改造过程与改造效果。针对影响AVC主程序影响的最主要原因:内存泄露进行了深入分析及前后比较。The content of this paper is that a factory has abnormal switching in the initial stage ofAVC systemcommissioning and the alarm bar of NCS system is too complicated and disordered,which affects the quality of the operation personnel and the traceability of the accident.From the hardware,software and other aspects of a detailed examination of the cause,this paper puts forward solutions and implementation.After this transformation,after a period of observation,AVC and NCS systems operate stably and adjust quickly.The paper explains the core problem of the anomaly,the transformation process and the transformation effect in detail.In view of the main cause that affects AVC main program,namelymemory leak,this papermakes an in-depth analysis and comparison.
