摘 要:为了确定消防员在火场中的耐热极限,建立火场湿热耦合环境模拟实验平台。该平台由智能控制柜、实验舱、气体储存罐三部分组成,可以进行消防员在湿热耦合环境下受到的热伤害实验、水喷淋系统灭火有效性实验等多种实验。通过调节火焰喷头、水喷淋系统可模拟不同火场环境。利用温度计、热流计等测量火场温度、消防服内部温度、热辐射强度等数据,建立湿热耦合环境下消防员安全预测模型,可预测湿热耦合环境对消防员健康的影响。In order to determine the heat-resistance limit of firefighters in the fire site, a simulation experiment platform for the coupled wet-heat environment of the fire site was established.The platform is composed of intelligent control cabinet, experiment chamber and gas storage tank. Many experiments can be carried out by this platform, such as the thermal damage experiment of firefighters under wet-thermal coupling environment, the firefighting effectiveness experiment of water sprinkler system and so on. Different fire scene could be simulated by adjusting the fire blow head and sprinkler system. The temperature of the fire site,the temperature inside the fire suit and the intensity of heat radiation and etc. were measured by thermometers and heat flow meters.A safety prediction model for firefighters under the coupled environment of humidity and heat was established and it can predict the impact of the coupled environment of humidity and heat on the health of firefighters.
