摘 要:以城市污泥高效处置与资源化利用为目的,选取湖北黄石某含重金属湖泥为原料,通过化学分析、条件试验、SEM与XRD测试和重金属离子浸出等方法,考察了湖泥陶粒的制备条件及其重金属的固化效果。经过配样、练泥、造球、干燥、烧结等步骤,在考察其物化性质后,得到制备陶粒的最佳工艺条件为:预热温度400℃,预热时间15 min,焙烧温度1140℃,焙烧时间21 min,可制得抗压强度为14.25 MPa、堆积密度为999 kg/m^3、吸水率为0.22%的湖泥陶粒。焙烧温度1140℃时,湖泥重金属固化效果较好,其中,Cu、Zn、Ba、Ni的固化率分别为88.13%、95.74%、93.23%、100%,Pb始终未检出。制备的产品孔隙率小,抗压强度高,重金属固化率高,性能优良,可广泛应用于建筑混凝土等领域中。Taking the high-efficiency treatment and resource utilization of municipal sludge as the purpose,and the lake mud contains heavy metals as raw material,which came from Huangshi city of Hubei Province,by chemical analysis,conditions and SEM test,XRD analysis,and heavy metal ion leaching,investigating the conditions of preparing ceramsite from lake mud and the effect of its heavy metal solidification.After the steps of sample preparation,mixing mud,manufacturing ball,drying,sintering,and studying the physicochemical properties of lake mud,the optimum technological conditions for preparing ceramsite are as follows:preheating temperature is 400℃,preheating time is 15 min,roasting temperature is 1140℃,and the roasting time is 21 min.At this condition the lake mud ceramsite with compressive strength of 14.25 MPa,bulk density of 999 kg/m^3 and water absorption of 0.22%can be obtained.When the roasting temperature is 1140℃,the solidification effect of heavy metal of lake mud is better.The curing rates of Cu,Zn,Ba and Ni are 88.13%,95.74%,93.23%and 100%,respectively.And the Pb has never been detected.The prepared product has small porosity,high compressive strength,high solidification rate of heavy metal and excellent performance,which can be widely used in building concrete.
