摘 要:采用高能球磨法制备铋硅硼系低熔点玻璃油墨,研究H3BO3含量对所制玻璃油墨结构和性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜分析合成粉体的相结构和微观形貌,运用差热法和红外光谱法分析球磨后样品的性能。结果表明:高能球磨后,得到纳米级别的玻璃油墨,达到喷绘打印玻璃油墨的要求;随着H3BO3含量的增加,玻璃油墨结构中[BO3]增多,[BO4]先增加后稳定,玻璃油墨的转变温度降低;当H3BO3的质量百分比在20wt%附近时,玻璃油墨结构稳定,综合性能较好。Bi-Si-B system low-melting glass printing ink was prepared by using the high-energy ball mill method(HEBM).The effect of components especially the H 3BO 3 content on the structure and properties of the glass ink were investigated.The phase structure and micro-morphology of the synthesized powder were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,and the properties of the samples after ball milling were analyzed by differential thermal analyzing and infrared spectroscopy.Results show that the glass powder with the sub-micro scale is obtained after the high-energy ball milling,which meets the critical performances of spray-painting glass ink.The structure[BO 3]of glass ink increases with the increase of H 3BO 3 content,and the transition temperature of glass ink decreases.When the mass percentage of H 3BO 3 is around 20wt%,the stable structure of glass ink and the comprehensive performance are accounted for excellent printing ability of glass ink.
