摘  要:以短切石英纤维和莫来石纤维为骨架,氮化硼粉和硅溶胶为粘结剂,采用水基料浆制备了具有鸟巢结构的刚性隔热材料,研究了纤维配比及氮化硼含量对刚性隔热材料密度、显微结构、热导率及压缩强度的影响。结果表明,通过调整氮化硼含量,材料密度在0.21~0.34 g/cm^3变化,随氮化硼含量增加,三组隔热材料的密度和压缩强度逐渐提高,隔热性能有轻微降低,当氮化硼加入量为8wt%时,材料300℃和700℃的热导率分别为0.055 W·m^-1·K^-1和0.078 W·m^-1·K^-1,压缩强度可达2.73 MPa,相比较2wt%含量样品的压缩强度(1.44 MPa)提高了90%。Rigid thermal insulation materials with a bird s nest structure were prepared by using the water-based slurry.The chopped quartz fibers and mullite fibers were used as the skeleton,while the boron nitride powder and silica sol were selected as the binder.Effects of the fiber ratios and the boron nitride content on the density,microstructure,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the rigid insulating materials were investigated.The results show that the density of the materials varied from 0.21 g/cm^3 to 0.34 g/cm^3 by adjusting the content of boron nitride.With the increase of the boron nitride content,the density and compressive strength of the three groups of thermal insulation materials increase gradually,while the thermal conductivity of the materials slightly decrease.The thermal conductivities of the prepared materials at 300℃and 700℃are 0.055 W·m^-1·K^-1 and 0.078 W·m^-1·K^-1 respectively,while the compressive strength reaches up to 2.73 MPa when the content of boron nitride is 8wt%,which is nearly 90%higher than that of the 2wt%-content case(1.44 MPa).
