摘 要:混合励磁同步电动机作为一种新型永磁电机,同时具备永磁同步电动机高功率密度和高效率的优点,以及电励磁同步电动机气隙磁场易于调节的特点。提出了一种混合磁极式的混合励磁同步电动机,推导了该混合励磁同步电动机的数学模型,得到了混合励磁同步电动机定子电流矢量轨迹,详细分析了其低速和高速弱磁运行性能。基于有限元法,计算了混合励磁同步电动机低速和高速运行时的定子磁链、功率因数,以及速度—转矩特性。结果表明:在低速运行时,混合励磁同步电动机保持了永磁同步电动机的高转矩和高功率因数;在高速弱磁运行时,混合励磁同步电动机通过调节定子电流和励磁电流,扩大了其弱磁范围以及提高了其带负载的能力。研制了永磁同步电动机和混合励磁同步电动机2台样机,对混合励磁同步电动机的调磁能力,以及2台电动机的低速性能和高速性能进行了测试,测试结果验证了理论分析的正确性。As a new type of permanent magnet motor,hybrid excitation synchronous motor(HESM)not only has advantages of high power density and high efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor,but also has the advantage of easily adjusting the air gap magnetic field of an electric excitation synchronous motor.An HESM with hybrid magnetic pole was proposed.The HESM mathematical model was deduced to obtain stator current vector track,and the low-speed performance and high-speed field-weakening performance was analyzed in detail.Based on the finite element method,the low speed and high speed performance including stator flux,power factor and speed-torque characteristics were calculated.The results show that the HESM retains the high torque and high power factor of permanent magnet synchronous motors at low speeds,and obtains wide field-weakening range and stronger carrying capacity by adjusting the excitation current at high speeds.Two prototypes including permanent magnet synchronous motor and HESM were developed,and both of the low speed performance and high speed performance and the magnetic field adjustment capability of HESM were tested,which verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
