摘 要:有机磷农药是目前世界上应用最广泛的一类药剂,在中国农药生产和使用中占有特殊地位。在常见的50多种有机磷农药中,具有手性结构的有26种,约占总数的52%。手性农药进入生态环境后,其同对映体对靶标生物的生物活性、非靶标生物的生态毒性及环境行为存在着显著差异。传统的手性农药安全风险评估往往不区分手性对映体之间的差异,导致对手性农药的风险评估结果不可靠,给人类健康和环境带来安全隐患。本文在分析和归纳有机磷农药手性对映体研究的基础上,对有机磷农药手性对映体生物活性、生态毒性及环境行为进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望,以期为该类农药的安全使用和科学管理提供科学依据。The organophosphorus pesticide was widely used in the world, which occupied a special position in the production and use of pesticides in China. Among more than 50 common organophosphorus pesticides, there were 26 kinds of hand structure, accounting for about 52% of the total. After the hand pesticide entered the ecological environment, there were significant differences between the biological activity of the target organism, the ecological toxicity of the non-target organism and the environmental behavior of the target organism. Traditional hand pesticide safety risk assessment often didn’t break up the differences between the negative sons, resulting in the evaluation of the risk of rival pesticides was unreliable, this brought safety risks to the human health and the environment. Based on the analysis of the study of organophosphate pesticide splicing, this paper summarized the biological activity, ecotoxicity and environmental behavior of organophosphate pesticides, its application prospect was put forward so as to provide scientific basis for the safe use and scientific management of such pesticides.
