摘  要:生物化学实验是高等院校生物专业的必修课,也是培养学生创新能力的重要途径.针对本专业的培养目标,通过5年的探索和实践,将生物化学实验课分为3个层次实施,即基础实验、综合实验和创新实验.着重设计了生物化学综合实验课程的内容,将人才培养与科学研究相结合,改进了综合实验课的教学内容,改革了教学方式和方法,完善了考核方式和规则,加强了实验室的软硬件建设,并努力提高教师队伍的水平.通过对生物化学综合实验课程的改革,提升了该课程的教学质量,增强了学生的创新意识和研究能力,激发了教师对教学改革的热情,取得了显著的教学效果.Biochemistry experiment is a required course for biology student in universities,and it is also an important way to cultivate the innovative ability of students.According to the teaching reality and training objectives of this major,the biochemistry experiment classes were divided into three levels:basic experiment,comprehensive experiment and innovative experiment,based on five years of exploration and practice.The content of the comprehensive biochemistry experiment course was re-designed.The talent cultivation and scientific research were combined,the teaching content of comprehensive experiment courses was improved,the teaching methods were reformed,the assessment methods and rules were amended,and the hardware construction of the laboratory were strengthened,and the level of the teaching staff was raised up.Through the reform of the comprehensive biochemistry experiment course,the teaching quality of the course has been improved,the innovative awareness and research ability of students have been enhanced,and the enthusiasm for teaching reform of teachers has been stimulated.The reform of comprehensive experiment course of biochemistry has acquired remarkable effects.
