摘  要:公安院校具有鲜明的行业特色和自身的特殊需求,受其专业设置特点和办学规模所限,资源共享和集权式管理是目前公安院校警务实验实训教学管理的主要模式.管理规模大、事务复杂、专业多样化,这些带来诸如效率不高、课程冲突、共享实现困难等问题.从系统性解决问题出发,结合现代科技发展应用,提出利用网络信息技术和大数据强化警务实验实训教学管理的思路,对如何构建信息化警务实验实训协同管理平台提出具体建设思路和功能需求,探索协同管理平台的实践应用,以期实现警务实验实训教学的统一管理,实现资源数据的互通和事务的协同,从而提高警务实验实训教学管理的效能和水平,有效推进智慧新警务引领下公安专门人才培养.The police college has distinct industrial characteristics and its own special needs.Limited by its specialty setting characteristics and school-running scale,resource sharing and centralized management are the main modes of police experimental training teaching management in police colleges at present.The problems of large scale of management,complex affairs,and diversified specialties lead to low efficiency,course conflict and difficulties in sharing implementation.Based on systematic problem solving and combining with the development and application of modern science and technology,the idea of using network information technology and big data to strengthen the police experimental training teaching management is proposed.This paper puts forward specific construction ideas and functional requirements on how to build an information-based police experimental training collaborative management platform,and explore the practical application of the collaborative management platform.It is expected to realize the unified management of the police experimental training teaching,achieve the communication of resource data and the coordination of affairs,thus improving the efficiency and level of the police experimental training teaching management,and effectively promoting the training of police special talents under the guidance of smart new police.
