摘 要:研究了一种具表面活性噻唑衍生物(BTC6T)在0.5 mol/L硫酸溶液中对45^#碳钢的缓蚀性能。通过表面张力法研究其在硫酸溶液中的表面活性;通过静态失重实验、动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗谱等方法考察了其在H2SO4中对45^#碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,在0.5 mol/L H2SO4中,具表面活性噻唑衍生物(BTC6T)比2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)对45^#碳钢具有更好的缓蚀性能,在20℃下,当BTC6T添加量为0.50 mmol/L时,缓蚀率可达96.84%。Corrosion inhibition of the benzothiazole derivative with surface activity(BTC6T) for 45^# carbon steel in 0.5 mol/L sulphuric acid solution was studied.Surface activity of BTC6T was investigated through surface tension method,and the corrosion inhibition efficiency for 45^# carbon steel in sulphuric acid solution was measured using weight loss,potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) methods.The result shows that the benzothiazole derivative(BTC6T) have better corrosion inhibition performance than 2-mercaptobenzothiazole(MBT) for 45^# carbon steel in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4.The corrosion inhibition rate is up to 96.84% at 20 ℃ while the amount of BTC6T is 0.50 mmol/L.
