摘 要:为解决伏龙泉气田冬季生产过程中结蜡严重问题,采用气相色谱法分析了伏龙泉气田伏12-23井蜡样碳数分布,其碳数主要集中在C14~C21,并探讨了伏龙泉气田结蜡机理,其机理主要为:天然气采出所导致的凝析油析蜡点升高,压力下降引起的体系温度、地层温度降低,甲醇抑制剂的加入促使了蜡沉积;在此基础上,通过复合有机溶剂、蜡晶改性剂以及分散剂的优选,构建了一种适用于伏龙泉气田的化学清防蜡剂配方,其配方为:复合有机溶剂∶蜡晶改性剂∶分散剂=15∶6∶8,研究结果表明,该清防蜡剂溶蜡速率为0.098 g/min,防蜡率为57.98%,降黏率为35.65%,凝点-37℃,该清防蜡剂清防蜡效果较好,降黏效果显著,低温流动性好,能有效解决伏龙泉气田冬季生产过程中结蜡严重问题。In order to solve the serious problem of wax precipitation in Fulongquan gas field in winter production.The carbon number distribution of wax samples in Well Fu-12 of Fulongquan gas field was analyzed by gas chromatography.The carbon number was mainly concentrated in C14~C21,and the mechanism of wax precipitation in Fulongquan gas field is discussed.The mechanism is mainly:the increase of the wax crystallize temperature caused by the escape of natural gas rises,system temperature and formation temperature reduction due to pressure drop,and the wax deposition promoted by the addition of the methanol inhibitor.On this basis,a chemical clearing wax formulation suitable for Fulongquan gas field was constructed by the optimization of composite organic solution,wax crystals modifying agent and dispersant,its formula is:composite organic solvent∶wax crystals modifying agent∶dispersant=15∶6∶8.The results show that the wax dissolution rate of clear paraffin inhibitor is 0.098 g/min,the wax prevention efficiency is 57.98%,the viscosity-reducing ratio is 35.65%,and the freezing point is-37 ℃.The clear paraffin inhibitor has good paraffin removal and control effect,remarkable viscosity-reducing effect,good low-temperature fluidity,and can effectively solve the serious problem of wax precipitation in the winter production process of Fulongquan gas field.
