摘 要:为节约资源,提高低阶煤及铵态氮肥利用率,以山西某地风化煤及氨水为原料制备腐植酸铵。采用Design Expert软件,通过响应曲面法设计考察了氨水浓度、反应时间及风化煤与氨水质量比对腐植酸铵产率的影响,并对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,其最佳制备条件为:氨水浓度为5%、反应时间为30 min、风化煤与氨水质量比为1∶14,在此条件下腐植酸铵的产率可达59.84%。In order to save resources and improve the utilization efficiency of low rank coal and ammonium nitrogen fertilizer,used Shanxi province weathered coal and ammonia water to extract ammonium humate.By using Design Expert software,the effect of ammonia concentration,reaction time and the ratio of the weathered coal to the mass of ammonia on the yield of ammonium humate was investigated through response surface method and its structure was characterized.The results show that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows:the concentration of ammonia water is 5%,the reaction time is 30 min,the mass ratio of weathered coal to ammonia water is 1∶14,under these conditions,the yield of ammonium humate can reach 59.84%.
