摘 要:研究不同结构纳米二硫化钨在基础油中的抗磨性能。实验以500 SN为基础油,采取添加4%甲基萘分散剂并超声的方法进行分散,利用四球试验机考察不同结构的纳米二硫化钨在基础油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,质量分数为0.01%90 nm二硫化钨在润滑油中展现出极佳的抗磨减摩性能;同时,层状纳米二硫化钨的摩擦学性能优于片状二硫化钨。90 nm层状纳米二硫化钨表现出较好的抗磨性能可能是因为尺寸小有利于在油中分散,而层状结构有利于形成有序排列,起到抗磨作用。The anti-wear properties of nano-tungsten disulfide in different structures were studied.The research was carried out with 500 SN as the base oil,and dispersed by 4% methylnaphthalene dispersant and ultrasonic wave.The four-ball tester was used to investigate the tribological properties of nano-tungsten disulfide in base oils under different structures.Results show that 0.01% 90 nm nano-WS2 exhibits excellent anti-wear and antifriction properties in lubricating oils;at the same time,the tribological properties of layered nano-tungsten disulfide are more excellent than the form of flake tungsten disulfide.The 90 nm and layered nano-tungsten disulfide exhibit better anti-wear properties because the small size is favorable for dispersion in oil,and the layered structure is favorable for forming an ordered arrangement and anti-wear effect.
