摘  要:通过三羟甲基硅烷(TMP)和硅烷偶联剂(KH560)同时改性聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)树脂,通过IR、SEM、Zeta电位仪、TG等表征方法对其结构、性能进行表征,探究了TMP及KH560用量对纸张干湿抗张强度及耐折度的影响,以及改性PAE用量对浆料Zeta电位的影响。结果表明,在打浆度为55°SR,湿强剂为1.0%的用量下进行抄纸,湿强度提高了60.37%,而干强度和耐折度分别提高了48.34%和11%,经处理后的纸张热降解残渣量分别增多了72.72%,74.44%,热稳定性也有一定程度提高。Simultaneous modification of polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin(PAE) resin by trimethylol silane(TMP) and silane coupling agent(KH560),its structure by IR,SEM,Zeta potential,TG,etc.The properties were characterized.The effects of the amount of TMP and KH560 on the dry and wet tensile strength and folding resistance of the paper and the effect of the amount of modified PAE on the Zeta potential of the slurry were investigated.The results showed that the papermaking was carried out at a freeness of 55°SR and a wet strength of 1.0%.The wet strength increased by 60.37%,while the dry strength and folding resistance increased by 48.34% and 11%,respectively.The amount of thermal degradation residue of paper increased by 72.72% and 74.44%,respectively,and the thermal stability also increased to some extent.
