摘 要:以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、N-烯丙基-4-甲基苯磺酰胺与3-(3-甲基丙烯酰胺丙基-二甲氨基)丙基-1-磺酸盐为单体,采用过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发体系,在蒸馏水中进行自由基共聚,合成一种用于提高原油采收率的甜菜碱型疏水改性聚丙烯酰胺共聚物,测定共聚物溶液的流变性能。结果表明,由于磺基甜菜碱和苯磺酰胺结构的引入,共聚物的耐温抗盐等性能得到明显提升。通过室内模拟驱油实验,在65℃下该共聚物溶液可提高原油采收率11.4%,表明共聚物在提高原油采收率方面具有潜在的应用前景。The betaine hydrophobic modified polyacrylamide copolymer for enhanced oil recovery was successfully synthesized by using(NH4)2S2O8-NaHSO3 system with acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA),N-allyl-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide(TCAP),and 3-(3-methacrylamidopropyl-dimethylammonio)-propane-1-sulfonate(MDPS) via free-radical copolymerization in deionized water.The rheological property of copolymer solutions was investigated.It was demonstrated that the properties of copolymer,such as temperature resistance and salt resistance,were significantly improved by introducing betaine sulfonate and phenylsulfonamide group.In addition,the copolymer for enhanced oil recovery at 65 ℃ was up to 11.4% by core flooding test which certified that the copolymer possessed excellent performance for potential application.
