摘  要:以二水合铋酸钠为原料,采用水热法成功合成了橘红色的微米棒状Bi2O4,通过XRD、FETEM和UV-Vis DRS等测试技术对其物相、微观形貌和光吸收性能进行了表征,并考察了其在可见光下降解盐酸四环素溶液的性能。结果表明,通过该方法合成的微米棒状Bi2O4结晶度较高、带隙宽度约为2.0 eV,酸性条件下对四环素具有优异的可见光降解活性,当催化剂用量为50 mg,溶液pH值为2时,光照20 min微米棒状Bi2O4几乎完全降解20 mg/L的四环素;捕获实验结果表明,光降解过程中主要活性物种是超氧自由基。Orange Bi2O4 micro-rods were successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal method with NaBiO3·2 H2O as raw materials.The phase,morphology and optical absorption of the product were characterized by XRD,FETEM and UV-Vis DRS,respectively.The visible photocatalytic activity of samples was evaluated using tetracycline hydrochloride as probe molecule.The results showed that the crystallinity of orange Bi2O4 micro-rods was high,its width of band gap was 2.0 eV,and its visible degradation activity for tetracycline hydrochloride was excellent.When the dosage of photocatalyst was 50 mg and the pH value of solution was 2,20 mg/L tetracycline hydrochloride was absolutely degraded after 20 min of visible light illumination.The results of trapping tests with different scavengers indicated that the main active species in the process of photo-degradation were superoxide free radical.
