摘　　要：介绍了国内外现行的针对医疗固体废弃物处理的法律法规。针对几种废弃物处理技术,详细地分析了其研究现状和处理过程中出现的问题及解决方法。对比发现,现行工业化应用前景最好的仍是热解处理。指出了对医疗固体废弃物热解研究中的不足之处:多是针对废弃物中的典型组分进行研究,对混合废弃物的热解少有提及;对热解产物的资源化利用少有系统的研究。The current laws and regulations on the treatment of medical solid waste are introduced.For several waste disposal technologies,the research status,the problems and solutions in the process are analyzed.It is found that pyrolysis is still the most promising in industrial applications.The shortcomings in the research on the pyrolysis of medical solid waste are pointed out.Most studies focus on the typical components of the waste,the pyrolysis of mixed waste is rarely mentioned.And there is little systematic research on the resource utilization of pyrolysis products.
