摘　　要：为了降低成本、减少伤害,通过防膨稳定剂、氧化铵型两性表面活性剂、增效剂和包裹剂为原料,制备了一种多效压裂助剂。结果表明,多效压裂助剂表面张力为22.81 mN/m,界面张力为1.41 mN/m,破乳率为92.10%,基液粘度下降率为4.8%,防膨率为91.70%,同时具有较高的助排、破乳、杀菌、防膨效果,达到一剂多效的作用。现场应用情况表明该技术效果良好。In order to reduce the cost and damage,a multi-effect fracturing assistant was prepared by using anti-swelling stabilizer,ammonium oxide type amphoteric surfactant,synergistic agent and wrapping agent as raw materials.The results showed that the surface tension of multi-effect fracturing aid was 22.81 mN/m,the interfacial tension was 1.41 mN/m,the demulsification rate was 92.10%,the viscosity of the base fluid decreased by 4.8%,and the anti-swelling rate was 91.70%.At the same time,it has high effect of assisting drainage,demulsification,sterilization and anti-swelling,so as to achieve multi-effect of one dose.Field application shows that the technique is effective.
