摘  要:以660MW蒸汽轮机中压内缸为研究对象,通过合理设置冒口、补贴,采用冷铁严格分区,保证铸件竖直方向和水平方向的顺序凝固,利用先进的MAGMA软件模拟分析以及优化,并且通过合理的熔炼过程控制、热处理工艺和焊接工艺过程,得到质量合格、组织致密的铸件。Taking the 660MW steam turbine medium pressure inner cylinder as the research object,through the reasonable setting of risers and subsidies,the cold iron has been strictly divided to ensure the sequential solidification of the casting in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.The advanced MAGMA software has been adopted to perform simulation analysis and optimization.Through reasonable smelting process control,heat treatment process and welding process,the castings with good quality and compact structure have been obtained.
