摘　　要：介绍了钢板桩用大型高碳半钢AD180精轧轧辊的生产研制情况,采取电弧炉+中频炉熔炼-LF精炼-VD精炼工艺,稀土硅铁合金变性处理,生产出高纯净度钢水;合理选择型砂配比与涂料,底注低温浇注与相关措施,有效保证毛坯轧辊表面质量与致密性;轧辊热处理采用毛坯轧辊热开箱+扩散+正回火,有效避免轧辊热应力低温热脆性,消除偏析,均匀成分,有效降低轧辊内应力。该轧辊交付用户使用后,取得了不错的使用效果。The production and development of large high carbon semi-steel AD180 finishing rolling roller for steel sheet pile has been introduced.The high purity steel has been produced by adopting arc furnace+medium frequency furnace smelting-LF refining-VD refining process and rare earth ferrosilicon alloy denaturation treatment.Reasonable selection of molding sand ratio and coating and bottom injection low temperature pouring as well as related measures can effectively ensure the surface quality and compactness of the blank roll;the roller heat treatment adopts hot unpacking+diffusion+positive tempering of rough roller,which can effectively avoid low temperature hot brittleness of hot stress of roller,eliminate segregation,uniform composition,and effectively reduce internal stress of roller.It has gained good effect after the roll being put into operation.
