摘　　要：为适应铝合金低压铸造生产现场的灵活多变性及方便一般文化水平的工人操作,开发手动加压,抽芯高度可调的金属型低压机。通过灵活调整侧模油缸的高度位置,结合精简易于操作的加压控制系统,达到了不同高度、不同位置的模具侧模及侧模抽块都能适用的目的。该低压机对产品结构复杂、形状大小不一的产品模具都能灵活适用。同时充型阶段的稳定加压及保压阶段的缓慢手动增压,即能保证产品质量,又能方便加压工艺的及时调整。In order to adapt to the flexible and changeable production site of aluminum alloy low-pressure casting site as well as the operator of general cultural level,the metal-type low pressure casting machine with manual pressurization and adjustable core pulling-out height has been developed.By flexibly adjusting the height position of the side mold cylinder,in combination with the simple and easy operation of the pressure control system,the purpose that different heights and different positions of side molds and side mold suction blocks can be suitable has been achieved.It can fit the product mold with complex product structures and different shapes&sizes well.Meanwhile,the stable pressurization during the filling stage and the slow manual pressurization in the pressure holding stage can not only ensure the product quality but also facilitate the timely adjustment of the pressurization process.
