摘 要:针对区域水资源优化配置存在的多目标性,充分考虑区域供水效益、整体缺水量及地下水开采量多个目标,以用户需水量和区域供水量等为约束条件,建立适用于多水源、多用户的区域水资源优化配置模型。在模型求解方面,为避免传统遗传算法过早收敛问题,提出基于实数编码多种群遗传算法。现以都江堰6个子灌区为例,运用该算法对模型进行求解,得到水资源优化配置结果。其优化配置结果可对未来该区域水资源调配工作提供一定的理论依据,同时所建立的水资源优化配置模型通过修改约束参数,可供其它地区进行水资源调配使用。Aiming at multi-objective for optimal allocation of regional water resources,taking full account of regional water supply efficiency,overall water shortage and groundwater exploitation quantity,restricted by user water demand and regional water supply,a regional water resources optimal allocation model for multi-source and multi-user is established.In order to avoid premature convergence of traditional genetic algorithm,a real coded multi population genetic algorithm is proposed.Taking the 6 sub irrigation districts in Dujiangyan as an example,the algorithm is used to solve the model and get the result of optimal allocation of water resources.The optimal allocation results can provide a certain theoretical basis for the water resource allocation in the future.At the same time,the optimized allocation model of water resources can be used for water resources allocation in other areas by modifying the constraint parameters.
