摘 要:异常高压气井在开发过程中面临诸多困难,尤其在试采阶段如何配置合理的工作制度,这关系到气井生产效益。为此,以L16井为例,根据地质特点,对其试采动态特征进行分析评价:首先仅利用日常生产数据,通过非稳定产能预测法计算气井无阻流量;然后通过不关井稳定试井,获得气井产能方程,计算气井无阻流量,其结果与完井一点法计算无阻流量十分接近。综合考虑气井生产特征、无阻流量以及临界携液流量,气井早期配产4.0×10^4m^3/d左右制度合理,也保证了气井稳定生产。There are many difficulties in the development of abnormally high-pressure gas wells, especially how to allocate a reasonable working system in the trial production stage, which is related to the production efficiency of gas wells. For this reason, by taking L16 well as an example, according to the geological characteristics, the dynamic characteristics of its production test are analyzed and evaluated: firstly, the open flow rate of gas well is calculated by the unstable productivity prediction method based on the daily production data;secondly, the productivity equation of gas well is obtained by the stable well test without shutting in, and the open flow rate of gas well is calculated. The result is very close to that of one-point completion method. Considering the production characteristics of gas wells, open flow rate and critical liquid-carrying flow rate, the early production allocation system of gas wells is reasonable about 4.0×10^4 m^3/d, which also ensures the stable production of gas wells.
