摘 要:为了研究惰轮对同步带传动振动的影响规律,在理论分析惰轮对同步带传动振动影响的前提下,针对ZA型汽车同步带,在同步带振动试验台上,开展相同试验条件下,三轮同步带传动系统与两轮同步带传动系统振动试验。通过不同转速、不同张紧力的振动试验得到了振动时域特性曲线和幅频特性曲线。通过两组试验的结果对比,得出惰轮对同步带传动振动的影响规律。In order to study the influence of idler pulley on the transmission vibration of synchronous belt, on the premise of theoretical analysis of the influence of idler pulley on the transmission vibration of synchronous belt, the vibration test of three-pulley synchronous belt transmission system and two-pulley synchronous belt transmission system was carried out on the synchronous belt vibration test bench of ZA type automobile synchronous belt under the same test conditions. The time-domain characteristic curves and amplitude-frequency characteristic curves of vibration are obtained through vibration tests with different rotating speeds and different tensioning forces. By comparing the results of two groups of tests, the influence rule of idler pulley on the transmission vibration of synchronous belt is obtained.
