摘　　要：针对动平衡转子故障诊断问题,提出基于SOA架构的发电机组转子动平衡诊断新方法。该方法采用基于SOA架构的模块化设计,JAVA(编程语言)语言开发。按照单面动平衡方法,对测取的基本振动数据进行动平衡计算与分析,设计了动平衡诊断功能模块,通过模块进行动平衡计算,实现输入数据的动平衡判断,使发电机组振动试验的完成更加规范化、便捷化和准确化。Aiming at the problem of dynamic balance rotor fault diagnosis, a new method based on SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) for dynamic balance diagnosis of generator rotor is proposed. The method uses a modular design based on SOA, developed by JAVA(programming language) language. According to the one-sided dynamic balance method, the dynamic balance calculation and analysis of the measured basic vibration data are carried out, and the dynamic balance diagnosis function module is designed. The dynamic balance calculation is carried out by the module to realize the dynamic balance judgment of the input data, so that the vibration test of the generator set is performed. Completed more standardized, convenient and accurate.
