摘 要:孤东油田二元复合驱油藏转入后续水驱后综合含水率达96%,进入近极限含水开发阶段.为进一步延长油田经济寿命期,选取孤东油田六区Ng54~Ng68单元,探索实施了流场调整提高采收率技术.精细描述了储层物性在平面、层间、层内的变化及隔层的分布情况,研究了二元复合驱后剩余油普遍分布、差异富集的分布规律,在此基础上,研究了立体开发调整技术:层间上通过四级优化细分为2套层系;平面上设计7套方案,通过投入产出优化由原来正对行列井网抽稀为交错行列井网,流线改变27°;层内上通过研制和改进调剖体系及防砂体系调整注采剖面;注采参数上利用数模技术优化配置.根据矿场实际情况,编制和实施了流场调整提高采收率方案,方案实施后研究区增加可采储量7.4×104t,提高采收率1.74%.The binary composite flooding reservoir in Gudong Oilfield has entered near-limit water-cut development stage after being transferred to subsequent water flooding with the comprehensive water-cut of 96%.In order to further extend the economic life of the oilfield,the flow field adjustment technology is explored and implemented in Unit Ng54~Ng68 of Block 6 in Gudong Oilfield.Based on the fine description of reservoir physical distribution in interlayers,intrastratal and plane distributions,the universal distribution law of residual oil and differential enrichment after binary composite flooding are studied.On the basis of study,a stereoscopic development and adjustment technology is studied:it is divided into 4 stratal systems by 4 level optimization in interlayers and 7 sets of schemes are designed on the plane,the original positive line pattern is thinned to staggered line pattern by input and output optimization,and streamline is changed by 27 degrees;for inner layers,injection-production profile is adjusted through development and improvement of profile control system and sand control system;the injection-production parameters are optimized by numerical simulation.Based on the actual situation of field application,a scheme of enhancing oil recovery by adjusting flow field is developed and implemented,after it is applied the recoverable reserves and recovery ratio in the study area are enhance by 7.4×104t and 1.74%respectively.
