摘  要:为了获得风电场并网后潮流变量的精确变化范围,为运行调度部门制订应对方案提供依据,提出了考虑风电场模型的区间潮流模型,采用区间形式来表示风电场有功功率变化范围,并在模型中考虑了3种控制模式来模拟风电场的有功和无功控制。为求解该模型,提出了考虑风电场模型的仿射区间潮流算法。该算法基于仿射算术,构造优化模型以压缩区间的仿射形式,并在仿射运算过程中考虑了有功和无功的关联控制模型,以获取风电并网后潮流变量的区间。IEEE 30节点和IEEE 118节点系统的测试结果表明:考虑风电场模型的仿射算法能有效求解含风电场的区间潮流模型,其获得的潮流区间结果比蒙特卡洛模拟的结果更保守,更有利于保证电力系统安全性;所提仿射算法具有较高的计算效率,并且能求解含多个风电场的大节点系统。To obtain precise variation range of power flow variables after wind power grid-connection and provide basis for operating and dispatching department to formulate response programs,this paper proposes an interval power flow model considering the wind farm model which adopts a form of interval to represent variation range of active power of the wind farm and considers three control modes to simulation active power and reactive power control for the wind farm.To solve this model,the paper also proposes an affine arithmetic-based interval power flow algorithm which is to construct an optimal model to compress the interval and consider an associated control model of active power and reactive power in affine computation process so as to acquire intervals of power flow variables after wind power grid-connection.The test results about the IEEE 30-bus system and the IEEE 118-bus system indicate the affine arithmetic considering the wind farm model is effective in solving the interval power flow model with the wind farm and the result of flow interval is more conservative than that of Monte Carlo simulation method and more beneficial to ensure safety of the power system.The proposed affine algorithm has higher efficiency in calculating and solving the large bus system with multiple wind farms.
