摘  要:任何时候电力系统停运都会导致损失巨大,无法通过实地模拟事故来的方式让工作人员演练进行培训,所以工作人员几乎没有应对事故的应变能力。国外,基于三维标识物的跟踪技术,制造虚拟场景培训工作人员在应对事故的能力,通过多次观察和演练培养出高素质运行人员,引进先进的变电设备培训系统,适应新的培训思维,推动变电设备培训的改革创新,以配套公司的综合发展战略。At any time,the power system outage will result in huge losses.It is impossible to train the staff to conduct training through field simulation of accidents,so the staff has almost no ability to respond to the accident.Abroad,based on the 3D marker tracking technology,virtual scene is made to train staff's ability to respond to accidents.High-quality operation personnel is cultivated through observation and exercise.The advanced substation equipment training system is introduced to help staff adapt to new training thinking,promote the reform and innovation of substation equipment training to support the company's comprehensive development strategy.
