摘　　要：将2×300 MW机组循环流化床锅炉原有的风水联合冷渣器改造为滚筒冷渣器,有效地解决了原有冷渣器运行中存在的排查不畅、磨损问题,减少了由于冷渣器原因造成的机组限负荷和非计划停运的发生,提高了机组的经济性。The original Feng Shui combined slag cooler of 2×300 MW unit circulating fluidized bed boiler was transformed into drum slag cooler,which effectively solved the problem of poor inspection and wear in the operation of the original slag cooler and reduced the problem.The unit’s limited load and unplanned outage caused by the slag cooler increase the economics of the unit.
