摘　　要：将电厂设备、设施与全寿命周期成本管理理论相结合,明确电厂设备、设施与全寿命周期成本管理的目标和要求,提出了各阶段的任务要求,制定了重要的成本管理措施,从而提高设备、设施全寿命成本管理的有效性,确保电厂可持续健康发展。Combining the power plant equipment and facilities with the life cycle cost management theory,clarifying the objectives and requirements of the life cycle cost management of power plant equipment and facilities,and proposing the mission requirements of the equipment and facilities life cycle cost management.Important cost management measures to improve the effectiveness of equipment and facility life-cycle cost management,and to achieve full life cycle cost management of power plant equipment and facilities to ensure sustainable and healthy development of power plants.
