沈阳唯瑜伽健身俱乐部私教会员对私教服务满意度的调查

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计等方法,对沈阳唯瑜伽健身俱乐部私教会员对私教服务的满意度进行调查。结果表明:私教会员对私人教练的专业素质满意度较高,体测评估的满意度一般,课程体验的满意度较好,健身指导的满意度以及跟踪服务的满意度一般。By using the methods of document,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates members who purchased personal trainer service of Wei Yoga fitness clubs in Shenyang.The results show that members’satisfaction degree is higher in professional competence of personal coach and course experience,normal in physical evaluation,fitness guidance and track service.
