摘 要:目的了解四川省某地级市三甲医院麻醉医生压力现状,分析压力来源的主要因素,并提出解决对策。方法采用普查方法,应用"生活事件评定量表(LES)"和自制"压力因素调查表"等测量工具,对某三甲医院麻醉科全体医生的压力现状、压力来源等进行问卷调查。结果LES统计结果显示,该三甲医院内麻醉医生压力状况明显高于平均健康水平,压力主要来源是工作、学习和健康;压力因素调查表统计结果显示压力因素依次是:临床麻醉中的手术风险、医院内薪酬水平、工作时间长度、职称晋升、睡眠时间、论文、工作环境和心理健康。结论某院麻醉医生的压力情况不容乐观,压力来源有多重因素,建议医院在有条件允许的情况下,适当提高麻醉科人员现有的薪酬水平,改善手术室现有的工作环境,邀请心理专家定期咨询和辅导,以减轻麻醉医生的心理压力。Objective To investigate anesthesiologists’ stress status of a third-grade class-A hospital in a prefecture-level city of Sichuan province, analyze main sources of stress and propose countermeasures. Methods The life event assessment scale(LES), self-made stress factor questionnaire and other measuring tools were adopted to assess current stress status and sources of stress of all the anesthesiologists in the department of anesthesiology of this third-grade class-A hospital. Results The statistical results of LES scale showed that the stress of anesthesiologists in this hospital was significantly higher than the average health level. The main sources of stress came from work, study and health. According to the statistical results of the stress factor scale, the stress factors were, in sequence, the high risk of clinical anesthesia, the compensation level of the hospital, the length of working hours, promotion of professional titles, lack of sleep, academic pressure, work environment and mental health. Conclusion The stress status of anesthesiologists in this hospital is not optimistic, and there are multiple factors contributing to stress sources. It is suggested that the hospital, when conditions are available, appropriately raise the current compensation level of anesthesiologists, improve the operating rooms’ current working environment, and invite psychological experts for regular consultation and counseling, so as to reduce the psychological pressure of anesthesiologists.
