摘  要:目的比较相同教学法对医学专业和非医学专业在校大学生心肺复苏(CPR)培训效果的差异性。方法采用理论授课、视频教学、模拟人演练的联合教学方法,对我校大学生进行双人CPR操作培训,利用模拟人考核CPR实际操作技能,比较医学专业组和非医学专业组大学生实施单人CPR操作熟练程度的差异性。结果非医学专业组大学生CPR相关理论知识明显不足。通过联合教学法进行CPR培训后,医学专业组和非医学专业组大学生的单人CPR操作成功率具有一致性(P>0.05)。结论采用理论授课、视频教学、模拟人演练的联合教学方法,对医学专业和非医学专业在校大学生的CPR培训可取得一致的培训效果。Objective To compare the effects of the same teaching method on the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) for medical and non-medical undergraduates. Methods The combined methods of theoretical teaching, video teaching and manikin exercises are adopted to standardize CPR training for college students. The manikin exercise is used to assess and compare the differences of CPR proficiency between medical students and non-medical students. Results The CPR theoretical knowledge grasped by non-medical college students is obviously insufficient. After CPR training through cooperative teaching method, the solo CPR operation of medical and non-medical college students had the same success rate(P>0.05). Conclusion The CPR training for medical and non-medical undergraduates can achieve identical results by adopting the combined teaching methods of theoretical teaching, video teaching and manikin exercise.
