摘　　要：大数据时代对公安人才提出了新的需求。当前,公安院校虽然主动适应新形势,在大数据相关课程设置、师资配备、硬件基础等方面作了调整,但和公安大数据的迅猛发展相比,还存在专业设置不全、教学内容缺乏系统化设计、公安大数据应用模拟平台建设滞后等问题。对此,应以公安大数据需求为导向,以实事求是的态度,优化专业和课程设置、深化校局合作、强化交叉培养,以更好地满足不断转型、不断提升的公安人才实际需求。In the big data era,public security personnel have raised new demands.At present,public security colleges have taken the initiative to made adjustments in terms of big data-related curriculum,teachers,and hardware foundation.However,there are still some problems in professional settings,systematic design of teaching content and the construction of the public security big data application simulation platform.In this regard,we should take the public security big data demand as the guide,optimize the professional and curriculum,deepen the school-bureau cooperation,and strengthen cross-cultivation with the realistic attitude to better meet the actual needs of public security personnel who are continuously transformed and improving.
