摘  要:定子铁芯受损造成硅钢片片间短路,将引起发电机定子铁芯发热量增大,严重时烧毁发电机。某600 MW水轮发电机组在运行时出现定子绕组接地故障,造成定子铁芯局部熔化粘连;通过剔除受损部位硅钢片的局部处理方式,较简便地解决了铁芯片间短路问题。发电机并网运行后对故障处理部位铁芯温度进行了跟踪,未出现明显过热现象,确保了发电机组安全、稳定运行。The damage of the stator core causes a short circuit between the silicon steel sheets,which will cause the stator core of the generator to increase in heat and burn the generator in severe cases.When a 600 MW hydro-generator unit is in operation,the stator winding ground fault occurs,causing local melting and adhesion of the stator core.By removing the local treatment of the damaged silicon steel sheet,the short circuit between the iron chips is solved simply.After the generator is connected to the grid,the core temperature of the fault handling part is tracked,and there is no obvious overheating,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the generator set.
