摘  要:给水泵汽轮机润滑油中进水时,润滑油黏度降低,油膜建立不好,影响轴瓦的使用寿命;大量进水会造成润滑油质乳化,润滑油寿命缩短,造成不必要的经济损失;短时间内严重进水时必须停止给水泵运行进行滤油,这样就会影响机组出力,影响发电量,甚至造成机组非计划停运。造成给水泵汽轮机润滑油进水现象的原因很多,本文采用因素分析法,逐步对机组的制造、安装、调试、运行、设计等各环节进行分析,最终找出造成这一异常现象的最主要原因,确保机组安全生产。When the lubricating oil in the feed water pump unit enters into the water,the viscosity of the lubricating oil will decrease,the oil fi lm will not be well established,which will affect the service life of the bearing bush.A large amount of water will cause the emulsifi cation of the lubricating oil,shorten the service life of the lubricating oil,and cause unnecessary economic losses.If the water enters into the water seriously in a short time,the operation of the feed water pump must be stopped to fi lter the oil,which will affect the output of the unit,affect the power generation,and even cause Unplanned shutdown of the unit.There are many reasons for this phenomenon.Factor analysis method is used to gradually analyze the manufacturing,installation,commissioning,operation,design and other links of the unit,and fi nally fi nd out the main reason for this abnormal phenomenon to ensure the safe production of the unit.
