摘　　要：某发电厂共有16台DSP-223000/500型主变压器,高压侧电压等级为500 kV。2015年9月,#4主变B相绝缘油的含气量体积分数定期试验,检验结果为3.89%(运行标准值应不大于3%),超过了质量标准要求。此后经多次采油样送贵州电力科学研究院进行检验,绝缘油中含气量均超标且有缓慢上升趋势。在对绝缘油中气体组分进行分析后,判断变压器可能存在漏点,致使外部空气进入绝缘油导致含气量升高。2016年11月,在#4发变组停电检修期间,对变压器进行了密封性检查和热油循环脱气处理,以保证主变油质能符合运行要求。there are 16 dsp-223000/500 main transformers in a power plant,and the voltage level of high voltage side is 500 kV.In September 2015,the air content volume fraction of phase B insulating oil of Chen 4 main transformer was regularly tested,and the inspection result was 3.89%(the operation standard value should not be more than 3%),which exceeded the quality standard requirements.After that,many oil samples were sent to Guizhou Electric Power Research Institute for inspection,and the gas content in the insulating oil exceeded the standard and had a slowly rising trend.After analyzing the gas components in the insulating oil,it is judged that there may be leakage points in the transformer,which leads to the air content rising when the external air enters the insulating oil.In November 2016,during the outage maintenance of 4 generator transformer unit,the sealing inspection and hot oil circulation degassing treatment were carried out for the transformer to ensure that the oil quality of the main transformer can meet the operation requirements.
