摘　　要：近年来,10 kV配电网工程呈现出持续增多的趋势,为确保配电线路施工的安全性,需要在限定的时间停电,并在施工完毕后恢复送电。如果停电施工受到影响,则会导致无法按时完工,从而造成停电时间延长,严重影响电力用户正常用电。为避免这一问题的发生,需加强停电施工管理。本文从影响10 kV配电网停电施工的关键因素入手入手,对10 kV配电网工程停电施工管理要点进行论述。in recent years,the 10 kV distribution network project has shown a trend of continuous increase.In order to ensure the safety of distribution line construction,it is necessary to cut off the power supply within a limited time and resume the power transmission after the construction.If the construction of power outage is affected,it will lead to the failure of completion on time,which will cause the extension of power outage time and seriously affect the normal power consumption of power users.In order to avoid this problem,we should strengthen the construction management of power failure.Based on this point,the paper starts with the analysis of the key factors affecting the construction of 10 kV distribution network blackout,and discusses the key points of the construction management of 10 kV distribution network project blackout.
