摘  要:为探索解决粉煤灰中残留氨给粉煤灰资源化利用带来的新问题,对粉煤灰残留氨来源和存在形式进行了探讨,并基于白鹤滩水电站工程粉煤灰现场使用情况,统计分析了粉煤灰中残留氨对现场混凝土性能的影响。以精细化物资质量管控为原则,对粉煤灰残留氨检测方法进行了研究,确认了适用于工地现场粉煤灰残留氨验收检验方法。研究表明:粉煤灰残留氨来源于燃煤电厂的脱硝工艺,残留氨的存在形式与搜集环境有关,包含化合态和游离态。白鹤滩工程现场检测结果表明:当粉煤灰残留氨低于583 mg/kg(以NH3计)时,残留氨仅影响早期混凝土浇筑环境,对混凝土性能基本不产生影响,而为了不影响粉煤灰进场验收,同时保证环境和混凝土性能,推荐使用电极法作为验收手段,并以残留氨小于200 mg/kg为验收上限。研究成果可为类似工程残留氨粉煤灰使用和质量管控提供参考和借鉴。In order to explore and solve the problem of residual ammonia in resource utilization of fly ash,the sources and existing forms of residual ammonia in fly ash were discussed. Based on the application of fly ash in Baihetan Hydropower Station, the influence of residual ammonia in fly ash on the concrete performance in site was analyzed. Besides, on the principle of refinement quality control of materials, the detection method of residual ammonia in fly ash was studied, and the acceptance test method for residual ammonia in fly ash was confirmed. The results showed that the residual ammonia in fly ash was caused by the denitrification process of coal-fired power plants. The existing form of residual ammonia includes compound and free state, which was related to the collecting environment. The in-site check of Baihetan Hydropower Station indicated that when the residual ammonia in fly ash was less than 583 mg/kg(calculated by NH3), the residual ammonia only affected the early concrete pouring environment, and had little effect on the concrete performance. In order to control the quality of fly ash in the field and ensure the environment and concrete performance, the electrode method was recommended as check means, and the upper limit of acceptance was less than 200 mg/kg. This could provide reference for the use and quality control of residual ammonia fly ash in other projects.
