摘  要:通过三维有限元仿真计算模拟施工浇筑全过程以及年气温变化,研究了三峡大坝升船机塔柱结构在运行期的工作状态,以及气温骤降、日照作用、混凝土干缩分别对塔柱结构的影响。研究结果表明:运行期塔体变形随年气温周期性变化而变化,各方向应力水平不高,在2 MPa以内;气温骤降在底板和塔柱筒体结构外表面引起最大约3 MPa的拉应力,齿条和螺母柱竖直向收缩约4 mm;日照作用在齿条和螺母柱部位引起的横河向位移小于1.5 mm,竖向位移小于0.4 mm;在塔柱混凝土干燥的早期,位移的变化幅度较大,而后期位移变幅逐渐减小直至稳定。Through three-dimensional finite element simulation calculation, the whole process of construction and pouring as well as annual temperature changes were simulated to study the working state of the Three Gorges ship lift tower structure during operation, as well as the effects of temperature sudden drop, sunlight action and concrete dry shrinkage on the tower structure. The results showed that the tower deformation changed periodically with the annual periodical temperature, and the stress level in each direction was not high within 2 MPa. The temperature sudden drop caused a maximum tensile stress of about 3 MPa on the external surface of the floor and tower cylinder structure, and the vertical contraction of the rack and nut column was about 4 mm. The transverse lateral displacement caused by sunlight action on the rack and nut column was less than 1.5 mm and the vertical displacement was less than 0.4 mm. In the early period of concrete drying, the displacement of the tower concrete changed greatly, and then gradually waned to a stable level.
