急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血应用内镜下金属钛夹注射止血治疗的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨与比较内镜下金属钛夹、注射止血对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效。方法:收集2015年2月至2017年2月入院的100例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者随机分为两组,内镜组患者给予内镜下金属钛夹止血,药物组患者则给予注射药物止血,比较两组患者临床症状评分、生命体征、血液指标、总体止血效果与生活质量。结果:内镜组患者治疗后临床症状总分组间比较显著性低于药物组;心率水平组间比较显著性低于药物组,舒张压、收缩压、红细胞与血红蛋白水平均显著性高于药物组;治疗后3个月总体生活质量评分组间比较显著性高于药物组,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);止血显效率明显高于药物组,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下金属钛夹止血对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效更为显著,具有借鉴意义。Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip and injection hemostasis on acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:100 patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were enrolled from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Endoscopic patients were given endoscopic titanium titanium capsules.Patients in the drug group were given Injection of drugs to stop bleeding,compared the two groups of clinical symptoms score,vital signs,blood indicators,the overall hemostatic effect and quality of life.Results:The clinical symptoms of the patients in the endoscopic group were significantly lower than those in the drug group.The heart rate level was significantly lower than that of the drug group.The levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,erythrocyte and hemoglobin were significantly higher than those of the drug group(P<0.01).The effective rate of bleeding was significantly higher than that of the drug group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic titanium titanium tourniquet has a significant effect on acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
