摘　　要："大巴黎计划"是法国国家层面主导的大规模规划举措,该计划自2007年推出以来体现出时间跨度长、内涵丰富、影响深远的特点,值得从多个角度深入剖析并持续跟进研究。首先提取"大巴黎计划"中关于开发大巴黎地区用地存量的理念和措施,包括竖向空间利用、既有住区更新、垂直绿化设想、交通空间复合开发四方面的策略。而后考察巴黎在近年来的规划实践中,如何将当初大巴黎计划中的理念逐步转化为具体的规划措施和建设项目,以实现大巴黎存量的深度开发和地区环境的提升。最后总结出"大巴黎计划"贯彻始终的低碳、绿色的生态理念和措施是我国发展存量规划应该汲取的宝贵经验。Since the "Project of Grand Paris" came out in France, Chinese scholars have already introduced the "Project" in a very comprehensive way. However, there are few studies on the follow-up impact of the "Project", and there has not been a study from the view of inventory planning. Firstly, we extracted the ideas and measures of land using in the "Project of Grand Paris", including the following four strategies: vertical space utilization, existing residential area renewal, vertical greening assumption, and complex space transportation development. Then we examined how Paris transformed the original concept of the Project of Grand Paris into concrete planning measures and construction projects to improve the regional environment and life quality of residents. Finally, we summarized the concept of inventory development in the Project of Grand Paris for reference to the development of urban planning in current China, and pointed out that the low-carbon and green ecological concepts and measures that have been consistently implemented in the "Project of Grand Paris" are valuable lessons that need to be learned urgently for China cities’ inventory planning development.
