摘  要:本文基于2017年中国289个地级以上城市数据,构建包含创新资源、创新环境、创新绩效在内的指标体系,用熵权法确定权重对中国城市的创新水平进行测度,并对空间格局进行研究,发现城市创新水平与行政级别之间密切相关,创新水平最高的城市往往是省会与副省级城市;城市创新水平还与经济发展水平有较高一致性,创新水平总体由东部向中西部城市递减;创新水平高的城市分布在长三角地区、珠三角地区和环渤海的京津地区,水平低的城市主要集中于中西部地区;珠三角和环渤海的周边城市成为"创新低值集聚区"值得关注,这与长三角地区周边多为创新活跃城市形成鲜明对比,有待进一步研究和解答。Based on the data of 289 cities above the prefecture level in China in 2017, this paper creates an indicator system that includes innovation resources, innovation environment and innovation performance.The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of indicators of the Chinese city’s innovation level and the spatial pattern is studied. It finds that the level of urban innovation is closely related to the administrative level, cities with the highest level of innovation are often provincial and sub-provincial cities. The level of urban innovation and economic development is closely related, and the level of innovation is generally declining from the eastern to the central and western cities. The surrounding cities of the Pearl River Delta and the Bohai Rim are "innovative low-value gathering areas", which is in stark contrast to the high level of innovation in the surrounding cities of the Yangtze River Delta region, which needs to be further answered.
