摘 要:本文探讨了高技术产业集聚特征与创新活动的空间相关性,并深入分析了高技术产业集聚对研发创新与转化创新的影响作用与溢出效应,发现高技术产业整体集聚度有所提升,高技术产业研发创新和转化创新存在显著空间相关性与正向空间效应;产业集聚度对研发创新的推动作用最强,人力资本和物质资本作用均非常有效。因此,各省应加强同邻近省区间的信息与人员交流,注重知识储备与资本积累,兼顾基础研发与成果转化,以开放促创新,实现集聚创新发展。This paper analyzes the agglomeration features of high-tech industries, the spatial correlation of innovation output and then compares the spatial spillover effects of industrial agglomeration on both R&D and transformation innovation, findings that the overall agglomeration degree of high-tech industries improves,and there is a significant spatial correlation between R&D innovation and transformation innovation and obvious positive spatial effects for them;finding that industrial agglomeration plays the strongest role in promoting regional R&D innovation;finding that human capital and material capital are very effective on R&D and transformation innovation. Thus, we should strengthen the exchange of information and personnel with neighboring provinces and regions, and also pay attention to knowledge reserve and capital accumulation, attach equal importance to basic R&D and achievement transformation, and promote innovation through opening up to realize innovative development.
