摘　　要：上部烟叶可用性低是制约烤烟生产的重要因素。为提高上部烟叶可用性,本试验在烟叶生长后期用三种不同处理(喷赤霉素、乙烯利和伤根)研究其对上部烟叶可用性的影响。结果表明:喷施赤霉素和乙烯利都能显著促进上部叶开片,降低叶片厚度,同时还能降低烟碱和总氮含量、增加可溶性糖和总糖含量;伤根处理虽对上部烟叶开片没有显著影响,但却能降低叶片厚度、改善烟叶内部化学成分平衡。因此认为,喷施赤霉素、乙烯利和伤根处理都能显著提高上部烟叶的可用性。The low usability of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco was the restrict factor for tobacco industry.In order to enhance the usability,we discussed the effects of three different approaches(spraying gibberellin,ethephon and root cutting)on upper leaves usability of flue-cured tobacco in the present study.The results indicated that gibberellins(GA)and ethephon(ETH)could significantly enhance the leaf openness,decrease the leaf thickness,reduce the content of nicotine and total nitrogen,and increase the content of soluble sugar and total sugar.Although root cutting did not affect the leaf openness,the leaf thickness was decreased and the balance of the chemical composition of tobacco leaf was improved.Above all,exogenous plant hormone(GA and ETH)and root cutting could significantly enhance the usability of upper leave.
