摘 要:采用光学显微镜对不锈钢-钢、钛-钢、铜-钢三种异质复合钢板剪切试验结果的界面形貌进行了分析,找出影响界面剪切强度的关键因素。试验结果表明,在对不同的材质热轧异质复合板做剪切试验时,影响剪切强度高低的关键因素是不同的。在某些情况下,复合板的界面复合强度大于单侧材料本身剪切强度,这时试验所得到检测结果不能反应真实的界面强度。The interface morphologies of three kinds of heterogeneous clad steel plates such as stainless steel-steel plate,titanium-steel plate and copper-steel plate were analyzed based on shearing tests by optical microscope and the key factors for influencing the interfacial shearing strength were worked out.The test results showed that in the shearing test of hot rolled clad steel plates with different materials,the key factors which affected the shearing strength were different.In some cases,the interfacial composite strengths of clad steel plates were higher than their unilateral shearing strengths.Under this condition the test results could not reflect their actual interfacial strengths.
