摘  要:针对微合金钢钛氮比不理想影响钢水质量的问题,分析了影响钢水钛、氮含量的原因,采取了优化工艺路线、优化增钛时机、分步增氮等措施后,将钢水钛氮比稳定控制在2.4~3.4,钢水成分合格率由81%提高到100%,达到了钢水的成分控制要求。In allusion to the problem that the undesirable ratio of Ti to N in micro-alloyed steel impaired the quality of molten steel,the causes of influencing content of Ti and N in molten steel were analyzed.And then such measures as optimizing the process flow,optimizing the time for increasing content of Ti and increasing content of N step by step were taken so that the ratio of Ti to N was stably controlled in the range from 2.4 to 3.4,and therefore the pass percent of molten steel was increased to 100%from 81%,which could meet the requirements asked by specifications on elements in molten steel.
