摘  要:为进一步降低配煤细度指标,对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司PFCK1825型粉碎机锤子进行优化。优化结果表明,采取36个锤子的排列方式后,配煤细度指标平均值达到73.05%,过细颗粒的质量百分率降低至35%,保证了粉碎机设备稳定运行,降低了劳动强度,减少了伤害事故的发生率。In order to reduce the fineness index of blended coal,the arrangements of the hammers to the type PFCK1825 pulverizer were optimized in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..After optimization the average values of fineness indexes of blended coal reached to 73.05%by using the mode of the arrangements with 36 hammers on.And as a result the quality percentage of superfine particles decreased to 35%,which guaranteed the stable operation of the pulverizer and also reduced the labor intensity and the incidence of injury accidents.
